Absolutely perfect location for those unfamiliar with the city as it’s right opposite the tube station !! Scrumptious breakfast, the food & beverage team were very attentive very sweet and kind enough to go out of the way to make sure your experience is top tier. Special mentions to the sweet (f&b manager/supervisor I believe) who saw me looking exhausted for my trip and instantly offered me a coffee + brought over a glass of water as I waited for check in. Special mentions to Curtis & Gabriella who make a lovely bubbly team and made me feel welcomed and catered to throughout my whole stay. So friendly almost so friendly I nearly felt at home. Nice to see such a diverse team as the face of a chain hotel for once 😌 Facilities and cleanliness of hotel were great, gorgeous open plan lobby/bar/restaurant area! The late night security system is also much appreciated as I have never seen such great initiative before. Comfy bed room and sweet welcoming housekeeping staff!

The staff was really friendly at check in, check out, and generally throughout the stay. The room was small, but it had everything we needed and it was exactly what we expected from an Ibis hotel. The breakfast was great and we were really satisfied with everything, especially the English breakfast options at the buffet. The hotel is right across from two metro lines that take you to and from the city super quickly, which was super convenient for everything we wanted to visit during our stay. There were also shops and fast food restaurants right next door. Nothing is luxurious about this hotel and the area, but everything is more than amazing for the price and value. All in all - we had everything we needed and we had a lovely stay in London and at Ibis Canning Town.

The breakfast cost was great and the selection of hot and cold food/beverages was amazing. Although we couldn't get a disabled room for my mum, the lifts worked perfectly the whole time we were there and never out of order. That would have been an issue with my mum not being able to walk far and having a mobility scooter. The view we had was amazing of the London skyline including cable cars, and O2 arena. The room was spacious and comfy, bathroom was a good size and fully equipped. Underground was across the road so again no huge distance for mum to walk. and the staff are a credit to you. Kind, Polite, Knowledgeable and always went the extra mile to help us. This is definitely the hotel for us when we rebook for next year.

We stayed at The Ibis for my daughters birthday trip to London. Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. Location was superb especially getting to and from the O2 arena (just 1 stop away), we used the station opposite the hotel every day and used the cable cars located just a 15 minute walk away aswell. Hotel spotless and staff couldn't have been better, all very helpful and friendly. Our room was decorated for my daughters birthday and she received a piece of cake and a birthday card! I can recommend food here although we didn't have breakfast we did have brunch and it was delicious.

Very conveniently located, right next to the underground and bus station, you get to Central London in less than 20 mins. Comfortable bed, very clean, friendly and helpful staff, I definitely recommend. Breakfast is good, classic English breakfast buffet, plus some really good mini croissants and pains au chocolat.
