everybody working there is so so open and friendly. the room is a little bit small, tbh, but who comes to London to stay in the room? :). if you're the type of person who comes to the hotel to sleep, shower and pack/unpack the luggage, this room is more than perfect. also, there is a Morrison's at a 3-4 minutes walk, a chinese restaurant (i really recommend it!!) and other markets/supermarkets at aprox 10-12 mins max away from the hotel. the fact that the underground and the DLR are literally across the street (30 secs-1 minute away) is D R E A M. big up Ibis Canning Town. PS: even though the breakfast is not that diverse, they are open to help. i am lactose intolerant and i asked one of the ladies to make me a simple omlette, which i received and was delicious ❤️

Being right across from Canning Town metro station is a huge advantage, making it much easier to reach tourist spots in London. There is a large supermarket right behind it, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The staff are very helpful. If you arrive by car, you can park in the underground parking area of the supermarket behind the hotel. The hotel staff were very helpful in guiding us on how to pay the parking fee online. I highly recommend this hotel for those visiting London for touristic purposes.

The location was ideal: just across the road from the Canning Town tube station. The room was more spacious than some I've had in London (though I believe I had one of the bigger on the floor!) and I was surrounded by service closets, so no neighbours. It's the first time I've had breakfast at a hotel and the granola was fantastic. I don't know the brand, but if I did, I'd buy it for sure. I'll definitely stay here again, whenever I next visit the O2.

When it comes to price-quality for quick and easy access to central London, the location is excellent. The tube station is directly outside the hotel and London Bridge is only five stops away! We mostly took the tube to London Bridge, which connects to the Northern line, and to Waterloo. Super convenient. Also the bed was very comfortable! Most staff members were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating, which we were very grateful for.

The whole area and transport links, with east access to Jubilee line and Crossrail. Excellent for getting to west end Tottenham Court Road and London Bridge. I have stayed a few times now.
